Sparkling Beaded Lace Over Satin Fit and Flare Wedding Dress with Corset Back
This Maggie Sottero dress is the perfect combination of lace, beading, and satin. It is my wedding dress dream come true! Simple, elegant, and sophisticated, this dress received a lot of upgrades before the big day! The dress also features a train in the back for walking down the aisle and ceremony. The corset lace-up back is very forgiving and completes the look of the dress.
Alterations: Originally a strapless dress, custom wide band satin straps with beads were added to the dress (these can be removed if you prefer) along with a double bustle - for dancing the night away! This dress was purchased and worn once in 2008. At the time I was 5'5" and 130lbs. The dress is a size 8 but was altered to be a size 6.
Condition; The dress was dry cleaned and preserved after wearing and does not have any stains or blemishes. One of the bustle strings is missing but can easily be repaired by a seamstress. All bustle threads are numbered for ease of tying.
The dress also includes a simple ivory veil with matching beading around the edges. The veil is a pick-comb and is roughly head to waist length.
